Managing a business Instagram account and a Facebook page, from one screen
Kampi is one board that manages your publishing on Facebook and Instagram. The system builds a content plan, produces the creative itself, text and visual, in four formats: Instagram post, reel, story and Facebook post. You approve before anything goes out, and what is approved gets published on schedule, without you having to open the phone at eight in the evening and think about what to put up.
Why Instagram and Facebook are managed together and not separately
The two channels sit on the same Meta infrastructure. A business Instagram account is linked to a Facebook page, the permissions pass through the same place, and content that works on one is almost always relevant to the other. In a small business this is not two roles, it is one task torn between two apps.
So Kampi does not ask you to maintain two content plans. One plan lays out all four formats, and you review and approve them from the same screen. Instead of remembering what you uploaded where and when, you have one screen showing what is planned and what already went up.
And this is also the place to state the limit plainly. Kampi manages Facebook and Instagram only. There is no TikTok here, no LinkedIn, no Twitter and no YouTube. If you need to manage five networks, we are not the right tool for you, and better that you know it now and not after you pay.
- The Facebook page and the Instagram account from the same board
- Four formats in the same plan: Instagram post, reel, story and Facebook post
- One content plan for both channels, not two separate tables
- Facebook and Instagram only, no promises about networks we do not touch
What you need to connect: a business Instagram account and a Facebook page
The connection itself is short, but it demands two things that most businesses have and sometimes are not in order. The first is a business or creator Instagram account, not a private profile. The second is a business Facebook page that you manage, meaning you have an admin permission and not just publishing access.
If the Instagram account is still private, the conversion is done from within the Instagram app itself in the account type settings, and it takes a minute. At that stage you also link the account to the Facebook page. This is an action done at your end, in your account, and we do not need passwords for it.
After the connection two small steps remain that greatly improve the result. Upload some photos and videos to the media library, from the computer or by scanning a QR code directly from your phone, and fill in a brand kit with the logo, the colors and the tone that fits the business. From there the creative that gets produced goes out in your colors and tone, and not with the look of a generic template. The videos matter especially, because a reel is built around video.
- A business or creator Instagram account, not a private profile
- A business Facebook page with your admin permission
- Linking the account to the page, done once
- A media library with your photos and videos, uploaded from the computer or by scanning a QR code from your phone
- Brand kit: logo, colors and tone of voice
The connection and the pages stay yours, we only publish
This is a point we want to be precise about, because it is a source of real worries. The Facebook page and the Instagram account remain in your full ownership, before and after. We do not open a new page for you that sits with us, do not transfer ownership and do not hold any digital asset of yours hostage.
Even within the permission we received there is a clear boundary. We do not read private messages and do not collect your follower list. The messages that come into the page are yours, stay with you, and we do not touch them. If you run paid advertising yourself, the ad account, the history and the pixel sit in one place you control. If you choose the Pro or Extra plan, you run the paid campaign from the board itself, and the media budget is still paid by you directly to Meta, without us taking a percentage of it.
The practical meaning is simple. If one day you decide to stop, you lose nothing. The page keeps working, the posts that were published stay, and all that happens is that new publishing stops going out. We think that is how a vendor should work, and that is part of why we say it in writing and not by word of mouth.
What gets published: posts, reels and stories
Every content item the system produces includes text and a visual in its chosen format. You see both together before approval, and do not get text without knowing how it will look on the image. From there you can approve, you can request an alternative, and you can edit the text and the image before approving. What there is not is a free graphic editor, meaning you do not enter the design itself and move elements. Without your approval nothing goes out.
Creating a new item takes two steps. In the first step you pick the creative type out of four: Instagram post, reel, story or Facebook post. In the second step you pick how to produce it, and there are three routes: with media you chose from the library, with automatic selection by the system from the library, or with a fresh design. When you pick a reel, the system aims for video from the library. What there is not is a carousel format, meaning a post of several slides.
After publishing there is a Live now screen, with a clock showing how much time a story has left before it disappears. There also comes a limit important to know in advance. A Facebook post can be removed from the channel with a click directly from Kampi. Instagram content, whether a post, reel or story, cannot be deleted from our screen, because the permission to delete on the account's behalf is not approved for us at Meta yet. If you want to remove it, that is done from within the Instagram app, and a story also comes down on its own after twenty-four hours. So it is worth looking closely at every Instagram item before approving it.
- Every item includes text and a visual, and is shown for approval before publishing
- Four formats to choose from: Instagram post, reel, story and Facebook post
- Before approval you can request an alternative or edit the text and the image
- Three creation routes: media from the library, automatic selection, or a fresh design
- No carousel format
- A Live now screen with a clock for stories
- A Facebook post can be removed from Kampi, Instagram content is removed from the Instagram app
A publishing frequency that fits a small business
Most small businesses do not fall because they publish little. They fall because they publish for two straight weeks and then disappear for two months. The pace does not break from lack of will, it breaks because there is no plan, and every post starts from a blank page at the end of a workday.
With Kampi the plan is built in advance for the period, and you see it before anything goes out. That changes the kind of effort. Instead of inventing an idea every time, you go over what is already ready and decide what fits you. Approval takes minutes, not a whole evening, and that is exactly the difference between a pace that holds and a pace that breaks.
If you did not approve, nothing gets published. We do not push content live in your name just to meet a schedule. That means if you disappear for two weeks, the publishing will stop, and that is deliberate. Better a quiet page for a short while than a post you would not have wanted going out in your business's name.
When to publish, by the Israeli audience
We are not going to sell you a table of golden hours someone copied from an English article. The publishing hours floating around the web are usually based on other audiences, in another time zone and another workweek, and they do not necessarily describe your audience.
What is true and can be said with confidence is that the Israeli week is built differently. Sunday through Thursday are the workdays, Friday is a day with a completely different rhythm, and Saturday behaves on its own. A content plan that ignores this and spreads posts evenly across seven days simply does not speak to your audience.
So on the frequency screen you set yourself which days of the week to publish, every how many days and at what hour, on Israel time, and you can also exclude holidays and holiday eves by the Hebrew holiday calendar. Which hour is right for you is still your decision, and the data to check it is in Meta's insights. We expanded on this on the best time to post page, but the bottom line is the same: what interests you is your audience, not someone else's average.
What you see after the content went out
The Performance room is built to answer the question of what really went out, not to flood you with charts nobody looks at twice. For every campaign you see how many publishing days it had, how many creatives went out and how many formats were in use, and you can filter all of it by Facebook, Instagram or both.
The principle guiding this screen is that we do not invent data. As long as real numbers have not arrived from Meta, the screen says there is no real data to show instead of showing you a pretty chart with nothing behind it. If you turn on a simulation mode to see how it would look, it is explicitly marked as such.
And a split worth knowing: per-post breakdown lives in the publishing journal, where reach, clicks, likes and comments appear above every creative that went out. The Performance room itself summarizes at the campaign and channel level. We wrote about the difference from Meta's own tools on the Meta Business Suite alternative page.
| What the performance screen has | What it does not |
|---|---|
| Publishing days per campaign | Per-post metrics in the publishing journal |
| Number of creatives that went out | Impressions, likes and engagement |
| How many formats were in use | Follower and demographic data |
| Filtering by Facebook or Instagram | Reading or analyzing private messages |
What is not on the screen, and why we say it up front
It is easy to sell a board with a long capability list, and let the customer discover the holes in month two. We prefer the opposite way, because it is also what sets us apart from an agency that promises everything in a phone call and then disappears.
So here is the list in full. Paid campaign management is included in the Pro and Extra plans, and in the Basic plan it is not included, so on Basic paid advertising is done in Meta's ads manager in your own account. We explained the full picture on the paid advertising for small businesses page.
In addition, published Instagram content cannot be deleted from within Kampi, there is no carousel format, no free-form editing of the design itself, and no networks beyond Facebook and Instagram. If none of these limits bothers you, Kampi is probably a very good fit. If one of them is critical, better to know now.
How much it costs
The pricing is simple and has no fine print. There are three plans, Basic, Pro and Extra, and all are bought for a period in advance. There are two differences between Basic and Pro: paid campaign management, which is included in Pro and Extra, and My media storage, 75MB on Basic against 135MB on Pro. The Basic plan includes all the rest of the system, all the organic content, without paid management, and the Extra plan adds on top of Pro up to 3 connected accounts of each channel type and 250MB of My media storage. At the end of the payment a tax invoice receipt is sent automatically by email.
The most important thing to know is that there is no automatic card renewal. The period you bought is the period you will be charged for, period. We will not take another payment from you without you choosing it explicitly, and you do not need to remember to cancel anything to avoid paying. It also means the responsibility is on us to be worth the next renewal.
The price is public and fixed, with no negotiation and the same for every customer, and the only difference is between Basic, Pro and Extra and the period length. Basic starts at one month for 149, Pro is exactly double, and Extra starts at 447 a month. A full breakdown of the plans and what each includes is on the pricing page.
- A tax invoice receipt is sent automatically by email
- No automatic credit card renewal
- There are two differences between Basic and Pro: paid campaign management, included in Pro and Extra, and My media storage, 75MB on Basic against 135MB on Pro

Questions and answers
Can I manage a business Instagram without a Facebook page
No. A business Instagram account connects through Meta's infrastructure, and the permission passes through a Facebook page you manage. If you do not have a page, opening one takes a few minutes and it remains in your full ownership. We do not open a page for you that sits with us.
What happens if I did not approve the content in time
Nothing gets published. Kampi does not send content live in your name without approval, even if it is scheduled for a certain day. The publishing simply waits. That means if you disappear for a week the page will be quiet, and that is a deliberate choice of ours.
Can Instagram content be deleted from within Kampi after it is published
No, and that is true for a post, a reel and a story alike. Deleting Instagram content is not available from inside Kampi yet, so our screen has no delete button. Removal is done from within the Instagram app, and a story also comes down by itself after twenty-four hours. A Facebook post, on the other hand, can be removed from the channel directly from Kampi. So it is worth looking closely at every Instagram item before approval.
How much does business Instagram management cost with you
There are three plans. Basic: a month 149, three months 399, six months 700, a year 1,250. Pro is exactly double Basic, meaning a month 298, three months 798, six months 1,400, a year 2,500. Extra: a month 447, three months 1,199, six months 2,100, a year 3,750. Everything is paid up front, with no automatic card renewal. There are two differences between Basic and Pro: paid campaign management, and My media storage, 75MB on Basic against 135MB on Pro. Extra adds on top of Pro up to 3 connected accounts of each channel type and 250MB of My media storage. A tax invoice receipt is sent automatically by email.
Do you read the private messages on my page
No. We do not read private messages and do not collect your follower list. The messages that come into the page stay with you alone. Kampi's job is to build content and publish it, not to enter your inbox.
Do you also manage a paid campaign for me
Yes, in the Pro and Extra plans. Paid campaign management is one of the two differences between Basic and Pro, and it is included in Pro and Extra. The second difference is My media storage, 75MB on Basic against 135MB on Pro. On the Basic plan paid advertising is done in Meta's ads manager in your own account. In all plans the media budget is paid by you directly to Meta, without us taking a percentage of it.
Can I choose whether it will be a post, a reel or a story
Yes. The first step in creating a creative is picking the item type out of four: Instagram post, reel, story or Facebook post. Then you pick how to produce it: with media you choose from the library, with automatic selection by the system, or with a completely fresh design. What there is not is a carousel format. Before approval you can also request an alternative and edit the text and the image.
What happens to my pages if I stop the subscription
Nothing. The Facebook page and the Instagram account were yours and stay yours, and everything that was published stays in place. The only thing that happens is that new publishing stops going out.
Want to see how this looks on your page
Connect the business Instagram account and the Facebook page, upload some photos and videos to the library, and you get a first content plan with creatives ready for approval as post, reel and story. Three plans paid up front, Basic from ₪149 a month, Pro which also includes paid campaign management, and Extra with up to 3 accounts of each channel type and 250MB of My media, with no automatic card renewal.
