1. Nature of the service
Kampi is a subscription-based service that gives the customer a board for managing their marketing on Facebook and Instagram: building a content plan, creating creatives, presenting them for the customer's approval, and scheduled publishing to the connected channels. The supported formats are a Facebook post, an Instagram post, a reel, and a story. The service does not cover additional networks: there is no TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, or YouTube, and that is a product decision, not a promise for the future.
Paid campaign management is included in the Pro and Extra plans and is not included in the Basic plan. The media budget itself is paid by the customer directly to Meta from their own account, and Kampi does not hold it and takes no fee from it.
Alongside the content, a statistics screen is shown based on data received from Meta's interfaces, and only after the accounts are connected. Per-post metrics are shown in the publishing journal, there is no inbox, and the system does not learn from the customer's corrections and does not commit to improving from round to round. The direction of the content is set by the customer through the brand kit, the brief, and the content plan.
The service is sold in three plans: Basic, Pro and Extra. The Basic plan includes the full organic system, the Pro plan additionally includes paid campaign management, and the Extra plan includes everything in Pro and expands capacity: up to three connected accounts of each channel type (Instagram accounts, Facebook pages, and Google Ads accounts) instead of one, and 250MB of My media storage instead of 135MB. Each plan is sold in four periods, and the actual volume is set by the publishing plan built for the business, not by the plan purchased.
2. Accounts and channels
The customer declares that they hold the permissions for the pages and accounts they connect to the service, or that they received explicit permission to connect them. The pages and accounts remain the customer's property at all times. Connecting the channels is done with a management permission, and the customer may revoke it at any moment through the business settings on Facebook.
The permission is used to publish the approved content and to read performance data only. We do not read private messages, we do not manage comments, and we do not collect the customer's follower list.
3. Content approval and responsibility for content
The system generates content suggestions, and each item is published only after the customer approves that item. The system has no automatic publishing mode and no option to waive the approval step. After approval, the item goes out to the channels at the time set in the schedule. An item that was not approved is not published and waits in the queue until the customer approves it or moves it to another date. Before approval it is possible to request an alternative for an item, edit its text, and replace the image. There is no freeform design editor, meaning elements inside the design itself cannot be moved. Responsibility for the published content, the accuracy of the business information, prices, promotions, and compliance with advertising law and the social networks' rules lies with the customer alone.
Important to know before approving: a Facebook post can be removed from the channel through the system, but content published to Instagram cannot be removed from the system at all, not a post, not a reel, and not a story. Meta does not allow it in its interface, and removal is done manually in the Instagram app. A story comes down on its own after 24 hours. Approving an item for Instagram is therefore a final decision as far as the system is concerned.
The service must not be used to publish content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, infringes copyright or trademarks, or content that violates the platforms' rules. Such a violation is grounds for terminating the service immediately.
4. Availability and reliance on third parties
The service relies on the social networks' publishing interfaces. Changes, malfunctions, limitations, or blocks on the part of those platforms may affect publishing, and they are not within our control. We will act in good faith and with reasonable speed to resolve malfunctions, but we do not commit to continuous availability of third-party interfaces.
5. Payment and the engagement period
The prices are the prices published on the site on the pricing page, identical for all customers and inclusive of VAT. Payment is made in advance, as a one-time payment, for the period the customer chose, and a tax invoice receipt is sent automatically by email in the name of the customer's business after payment.
There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge of the payment method. At the end of the period the service stops, and no cancellation notice or any other action is required from the customer. A customer who wants to continue purchases a new period on their own initiative.
The price is the price of the system only and does not include a media budget or any other advertising expense. Paid advertising, to the extent the customer chooses to run it, is done in their own ad account, and payment for the impressions is made by them directly to Meta using the payment method registered in that account. We take no fee from the media budget and we do not operate it.
6. Ending the engagement
Either party may end the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, scheduled publishing stops automatically, and the access tokens to the channels are revoked within 14 business days, or sooner at the customer's request. In addition, the customer may at any time disconnect the authorization directly from the business settings on Facebook, and such a disconnection stops access immediately. The customer keeps all the content published up to that point on their own pages and accounts. At the customer's request, the information stored with us is deleted, subject to retention obligations under law.
7. Intellectual property
The system, the code, the design, and the Kampi brand are the company's property. The content created for the customer and published on their channels belongs to the customer. Source materials the customer uploads to the system remain their property, and they declare that they have the rights to use them.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for business results, exposure volume, number of inquiries, or revenue. In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount actually paid for the period during which the event occurred, as purchased in advance. There is no rolling monthly charge, so there is no calculation based on recent months. Under no circumstances are we responsible for a media budget the customer spent in their own ad account.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
The engagement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts in the Haifa district.
