Social media management with AI, but you decide what gets published

Kampi builds you a content plan for Facebook and Instagram, produces the items themselves in four formats (Instagram post, reel, story and Facebook post), and waits for your approval before anything goes live. Nothing gets published without you having read it. That is the difference between a tool that saves you time and a tool that stresses you out.

What AI really does in social media management and what it does not

Social media management with AI sounds like magic, and in practice it is much simpler and also much more useful. The AI takes on the parts that eat your evening: deciding what to publish this week, phrasing the text, and assembling a visual that looks like your business, in each of the four formats. Instead of a blank page in front of your eyes, you open the board and find a plan ready to read.

What the AI does not do is decide for you. It does not know the customer who called yesterday, does not know the product ran out of stock, and does not know you are closing for vacation this week. That is exactly why every item passes through your approval screen, and exactly why we do not sell you full automation that runs on its own.

Kampi's job is to shrink the distance between an idea and a publication. You are still the owner of the decision, you just no longer need to start from zero every time.

  • Builds a content plan for the period ahead, not a single post
  • Produces Hebrew text and a visual in four formats: Instagram post, reel, story and Facebook post
  • Schedules the publishing to Facebook and Instagram by the schedule you set
  • Publishes nothing before you approved it
  • Does not read private messages and does not collect followers

The problem with AI that writes Hebrew that sounds like a translation

Most tools that produce content think in English and then translate. The result is familiar: sentences too long, inverted structure, phrases nobody ever says, and exclamation marks on every second line. You read it and immediately feel someone else wrote it about you, not you.

Your followers feel it even faster. A local business that suddenly talks in the language of a translated ad loses exactly the thing that made it trustworthy. So Hebrew content that sounds real is not just a question of a good model, but of the right instructions and of someone reading before it goes out.

With Kampi the text is written in Hebrew from the start, in the tone you defined, and at a length that fits the platform. And if a sentence still comes out not sounding like you, you have a screen where you see it before anyone, and you can edit the text or request an alternative before approval.

  • Text written in Hebrew, not translated into it
  • A tone set in advance in your brand kit
  • A length that fits the format, from a Facebook post to a reel or story caption
  • The option to read, edit and approve before it is live

What defines your business's language and look in the system

At the start you define a brand kit: logo, colors and tone of voice. It sounds technical, but it is exactly what makes a post look like yours and not like a generic template. The colors repeat in the visuals, the logo sits in a fixed spot, and the tone decides whether you talk at eye level or more formally.

After that comes the media library. You upload photos and videos from the computer, or scan a QR code and upload directly from your phone, which is most convenient when the shots are taken on site anyway. The more real material from the business there is, the less the result looks like a stock bank and the more like what you actually sell. It is especially worth uploading video, because a reel is built around it.

The third part is the creation itself, and it takes two steps. First you choose a format out of four, Instagram post, reel, story or Facebook post, and then one of three creation routes: media from your library, automatic selection by the system, or a fresh design when there is no fitting image. The two things that affect the result more than anything are a precise brand kit and a rich media library, and you control both directly and can update them at any stage.

  • Brand kit: logo, colors and tone
  • A media library for photos and videos, uploaded from the computer or by scanning a QR code from your phone
  • Format choice: Instagram post, reel, story or Facebook post
  • Three creation routes: media from the library, automatic selection, or a fresh design
  • Before approval you can edit the text, swap the image or request an alternative

The approval stage: why it is the important part of the process

We could have built a system that publishes on its own, full stop. We chose otherwise, because the risk is not worth the savings. One inaccurate post at the wrong time costs more than all the minutes it saved.

So the process is always the same process: the system prepares, you read, edit if needed, approve, and only then does it enter the schedule and go out. On the Live now screen you see what is live at this moment, including a clock counting down how much time stories have left.

It is important you know this in advance: a Facebook post can be removed from the channel after it is published. Instagram content, whether a post, reel or story, cannot be deleted through the system, because the permission to delete on the account's behalf is not approved for us at Meta yet. Removal is done from the Instagram app, and a story comes down on its own after 24 hours anyway. This is a platform limitation and not our choice, and it is exactly why it pays to read carefully before approval, not after.

Automatic post design by your brand kit

Automatic post design tends to fail in one of two ways: either everything looks the same, or every post looks like it came from a different business. The brand kit solves both, because it sets a fixed boundary (the colors, the logo) and within it there is room for variety.

Creation starts with picking the format: Instagram post, reel, story or Facebook post. Then you pick one of three creation routes, by what you have on hand. If you shot today, take media from the library. If you have no time to deal with it, let the system choose automatically. And if there is no fitting image at all, you can request a fresh design.

One more thing worth knowing about this screen: it has no free-form design editor for moving elements. What it does have is the option to edit the text, swap the image or request an alternative before you approve.

  • Format choice: Instagram post, reel, story or Facebook post
  • Media from the library: the photos and videos you uploaded
  • Automatic selection: the system decides what fits
  • Fresh design: when no image fits the idea
  • No free-form editing of the design itself

An AI social media manager versus a human one

We do not pretend to replace a person who knows your business deeply. A good social media manager sits with you, hears what happened this month, spots an opportunity and reacts to it. A system does not do that.

On the other hand, not every small business needs or can afford such a person. If your real alternative is not publishing at all, or remembering to publish once every three weeks when there is a free moment, then the system is a clear improvement. It will not be as creative as an excellent human, but it will be consistent, and that is exactly what is missing most of the time.

If you are also considering a human social media manager or freelancer, the price there varies widely from offer to offer, so it is worth asking up front how many posts a month are included, who shoots the photos, what happens in a busy month that demands more content, and who ends up holding access to the pages. Those answers affect the actual cost more than the number on the first line of the offer. Our prices you can see further down the page, with no surprises.

  • Best fit for businesses that do not publish enough and want order
  • Weaker fit for whoever needs a daily reaction to changing events
  • You can also combine: the system does the routine, you add manually what is urgent

What to do when you do not like what the AI prepared

It will happen, and there is nothing unusual about it. Sometimes the phrasing comes out too general, sometimes the chosen image is not the most flattering, and sometimes you simply do not feel like publishing that topic this week.

The solution is simple: do not approve. An item that was not approved does not go out, period. Before approval you can edit the text, swap the image for something from your library or request an alternative, and you can simply skip and move to the next item in the plan. What you cannot do is take the design apart and rearrange it yourself, this is not a graphics editor.

If you find you are skipping many items, that is usually a sign it is worth sharpening the brand kit or uploading more real photos from the business. Those two actions affect the result more than any spot fix.

What to know about the limits before starting

We prefer you know this here rather than discover it after signing up. There are things the screen simply does not do, and that is fine, as long as it is clear up front.

The system does not learn from you and does not improve on its own over time. There is no such mechanism, and we will not sell you one. What sharpens the result is a clear brand kit and a media library with real photos and videos, and both are in your control.

The Performance room shows what actually went out: publishing days, number of creatives and formats per campaign, filtered by Facebook or Instagram. Per-post metrics, reach, clicks, likes and comments, appear in the publishing journal above every creative that went out. And when there is no real data, the screen says so explicitly instead of showing invented numbers. The reach and engagement numbers themselves you will find in Meta's tools.

And on the paid side too, said plainly: paid campaign management is included in the Pro and Extra plans. The Basic plan covers the whole organic side, and whoever wants the paid campaigns managed from within the system picks Pro or Extra. The media budget is paid directly to Meta in any case, and we do not take a percentage of it.

  • The system does not learn and does not improve from approval rounds, what sharpens it is the brand kit and the media library
  • Per-post metrics live in the publishing journal
  • Paid campaign management is included in the Pro and Extra plans, Basic is the organic side only
  • No free-form editing of the design itself
  • Instagram content, whether post, reel or story, is not deleted through the system after publishing
  • No automatic card renewal, payment is for the period you chose

How much it costs

The prices are simple and hold no surprises, and there are three plans: Basic, Pro and Extra. Basic costs 149 shekels a month, 399 for three months, 700 for six months and 1,250 for a year. Pro is exactly double: 298 a month, 798 for three months, 1,400 for six months and 2,500 for a year. Extra costs 447 a month, 1,199 for three months, 2,100 for six months and 3,750 for a year. There are two differences between Basic and Pro: paid campaign management, included in Pro and Extra, and My media storage, 75MB on Basic against 135MB on Pro. Extra adds on top of Pro up to 3 connected accounts of each channel type and 250MB of My media storage. All the rest of the system, the whole organic side, is already in Basic.

Payment is up front for the whole period, with no automatic card renewal. When the period ends it ends, and you decide whether to continue. A tax invoice receipt is sent to you automatically by email. The price is public and fixed, with no negotiation and the same for every customer.

The pages and accounts remain yours all the way, and the full prices are on the pricing page. If you decide to stop, everything stays with you as it was. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

  • No automatic card renewal
  • A tax invoice receipt by email, automatically
  • Your pages and accounts, even after you finish

Frequently asked questions

We gathered here what we get asked most before signing up: who approves, what happens when you do not like a post, which networks and formats are supported, what the performance screen shows and what happens with payment at the end of the period. If something is still unclear, you can see the system in action on the demo page, browse the help center, or simply call.

We prefer a direct answer over a marketed one, even when the answer is no.

Questions and answers

Does the system publish on its own without my approval

No. Every item waits for your approval and only after it does it enter the schedule and go live. An item you did not approve does not get published.

Does the AI write proper Hebrew or a translation from English

The text is written in Hebrew from the start, by the tone you defined in the brand kit. And in any case you read it before it goes out, and you can edit it or request an alternative before approval.

Does the system learn from me and improve over time

No, there is no learning mechanism. What sharpens the result is the brand kit (logo, colors and tone) and your media library, and you can update both at any stage.

Can Instagram content be deleted after it is published

Not through the system, and that is true for a post, a reel and a story alike. Deleting Instagram content is not available from inside Kampi yet, so removal is done from the Instagram app. A story comes down on its own after 24 hours anyway. A Facebook post, on the other hand, can be removed from the channel directly from the screen.

Which networks and formats are supported

Facebook and Instagram only, and that is a deliberate decision to do those two well. Within the content there are four formats: Instagram post, reel, story and Facebook post.

Can I see how many likes a specific post got

Yes. In the publishing journal, above every creative that went out, you see reach, clicks, likes and comments. The Performance room gathers what actually went out at the campaign level, publishing days, number of creatives and formats, filtered by channel.

Do you also manage paid campaigns

Yes, in the Pro and Extra plans. Paid campaign management is one of the two differences between Basic and Pro, alongside My media storage, 75MB on Basic against 135MB on Pro. The Basic plan covers the whole organic side, and whoever wants the paid side managed from within the system picks Pro or Extra. The media budget is paid directly to Meta in any case and we do not take a percentage of it.

Is there automatic credit card renewal

There is not. You pay up front for the period you chose, and when it ends you decide whether to continue. A tax invoice receipt is sent automatically by email.

Who owns the pages and accounts

You do. We do not read private messages and do not collect followers, and even if you stop using the system, everything stays with you exactly as it was.

Want to see how this looks on your business

You can enter the demo and see a real content plan with an approval screen, including posts, reels and stories, without committing. Three plans: Basic from 149 shekels a month, Pro from 298 and Extra from 447, paid up front and with no automatic card renewal. Pro adds paid campaign management on top of Basic, and Extra adds capacity on top of Pro. Kampi is from the home of Ben Yacov Textile Solutions (an AB Sites brand), HaGoren 34 Atlit.
