How much Kampi costs, the full price with no sales call
Kampi is a board that manages your publishing on Facebook and Instagram: a content plan, creatives you approve, and publishing on a schedule. On this page you will find the full price of the three plans, Basic, Pro and Extra, what goes in and what does not, with no form and no sales call before you know what it costs.
The three plans and the prices
There are only three plans: Basic, Pro and Extra. There are two differences between Basic and Pro: paid campaign management, which is included in Pro and Extra, and My media storage, 75MB on Basic against 135MB on Pro. The Basic plan includes all the rest of the organic system, and the Pro plan adds paid campaign management and the larger storage on top of it. The Extra plan includes everything in Pro and adds capacity: up to 3 connected accounts of each channel type, Instagram accounts, Facebook pages and Google Ads accounts, instead of one account of each type, and 250MB of My media storage instead of 135MB. There is no half-free tier with a missing feature, and no secret door beyond what is written here.
Every plan is sold in four period lengths, and the longer the period, the lower the monthly cost. Pro costs exactly double Basic in every period. All prices are in shekels, with no launch price and no promotion.
The monthly cost in the table is a simple division of the period price by the number of months, so it is easy to compare. The payment itself is a one-time payment for the whole period, up front, with no automatic card renewal.
- The longer the period, the lower the monthly cost
- There are two differences between Basic and Pro: paid campaign management, included in Pro and Extra, and My media storage, 75MB on Basic against 135MB on Pro
- The only differences between Pro and Extra are the number of connected accounts and the My media storage size
- Payment is up front for the whole period, and there is no automatic card renewal at its end
| Period | Basic | Pro | Extra | Calculated monthly cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Month | 149 | 298 | 447 | Basic 149, Pro 298, Extra 447 |
| Three months | 399 | 798 | 1,199 | Basic about 133, Pro about 266, Extra about 400 |
| Six months | 700 | 1,400 | 2,100 | Basic about 117, Pro about 233, Extra 350 |
| Year | 1,250 | 2,500 | 3,750 | Basic about 104, Pro about 208, Extra about 313 |
What each plan includes
The price is for the whole system, for the entire period you purchased. The volume of publishing is set by the content plan built for your business, not by the plan you bought. There are two differences between Basic and Pro: paid campaign management, included in Pro and Extra, and My media storage, 75MB on Basic against 135MB on Pro. Extra adds only capacity on top of Pro: connected accounts and storage.
The heart of the system is a content plan built for your business, and from it full creatives are produced with text and a visual, in four formats: Instagram post, reel, story and Facebook post. Nothing gets published before you approve. After approval the publishing goes out to Facebook and Instagram on the schedule. All of this is already in the Basic plan.
Before approving you can request an alternative for the creative, and you can edit the text and the image. What you cannot do is redesign the creative in free-form editing, like in a graphics program. If something does not fit, you request another version.
Creating a creative takes two steps: first you choose the format out of the four, then the creation route. There are three creation routes: with media you pick from the library, automatic selection by the system from your library, or a fresh design.
On the management side there is a Live now screen with a clock for stories, a media library for photos and videos with upload from the computer or by scanning a QR code from your phone, a brand kit with logo, colors and tone, frequency settings and a calendar with holiday exclusion, and a Performance room. All of these are included in the price, in every plan. The Pro plan adds paid campaign management on top of all of them.
On the capacity side: the Basic plan includes 75MB of My media and one connected account of each channel type, the Pro plan includes 135MB and one account of each type, and the Extra plan includes up to 3 connected accounts of each channel type, Instagram accounts, Facebook pages and Google Ads accounts, and 250MB of My media.
- A content plan for your business, not a generic list of ideas
- A full creative with text and a visual, in four formats: Instagram post, reel, story and Facebook post
- Request an alternative and edit text and image before approval
- Your approval before every publication, then publishing on a schedule
- A Live now screen with a clock for stories
- A media library for photos and videos, uploaded from the computer or by scanning a QR code from your phone
- Brand kit: logo, colors, tone
- Setting publishing days, gap and hour, including excluding holidays and holiday eves
- Performance room: publishing days, creatives and formats per campaign, filtered by channel
How to choose between Basic, Pro and Extra
The choice is simple, because each plan adds one defined thing on top of the previous one. If the organic content is enough for you, meaning the plan, the creatives and the scheduled publishing on Facebook and Instagram, the Basic plan gives you all of that. If you want us to also build and run paid campaigns for you, you need Pro. And if you manage more than one account of each channel type, or need more room for media, Extra gives up to 3 connected accounts of each type and 250MB of My media, on top of everything in Pro.
Pro's price is exactly double Basic in every period, so there are no surprises in the math, and Extra's prices are published here in full. You can start with Basic for a month at 149 to see the system working on your business, and move up later to Pro or Extra if you want more.
What all plans share is that payment is one-time, up front, for the whole period, with no automatic card renewal. At the end of the period nothing happens by itself: if you want to continue you purchase a new period, and if you do nothing it simply stops. No charge jumps out by surprise and there is nothing to remember to cancel.
The media budget of a paid campaign too, if you choose Pro or Extra, is paid by you directly to Meta from your own account, and we do not take a percentage of it. The plan price is for the system only.
What the price does not include
The most important part of a pricing page is exactly what is not inside, because that is where the surprises are born. So we will say it straight.
Paid campaign management is not included in the Basic plan, it is a capability of the Pro and Extra plans only. What you buy in Basic is the organic content: the plan, the creatives and the scheduled publishing on Facebook and Instagram. Pro adds paid campaign management on top of all of that, and Extra adds expanded capacity as well. In any case, the media budget of the paid campaign is paid by you directly to Meta from your own account, and we do not take a percentage of it. That is true in every plan.
There are also product limits we prefer you know up front rather than discover along the way. Per-post metrics, reach, clicks, likes and comments, appear in the publishing journal above every creative that went out. Alongside them, a Performance room shows how many publishing days, how many creatives and which formats each campaign had, filtered by Facebook or Instagram. And we do not invent numbers: when real data has not arrived yet, the screen says so.
One more thing about publishing that already went out: a Facebook post can be removed from the channel directly from the screen, but Instagram content, whether post, reel or story, is not deleted through the system. the permission to delete on the account's behalf is not approved for us at Meta yet, and removal is done from the Instagram app. A story comes down on its own after 24 hours. So it is worth reading the story carefully before you approve it.
- Paid campaign management, which is included in the Pro and Extra plans and not in Basic
- The media budget of a paid campaign is paid by you directly to Meta, in every plan
- Networks other than Facebook and Instagram
- Deleting Instagram content from the system after it is published
Why we publish a price and an agency does not
If you searched for how much social media management costs, you have probably already hit ten sites that say leave your details and we will get back to you with an offer. That is no accident. When the price is set in a call, it is set by what you seem willing to pay.
We sell a product, not person-hours. Our cost of operation does not change from business to business, so there is no reason the price should change. The same price for every customer, public, with no negotiation and no special discount for whoever haggles harder. The only difference is between Basic, Pro and Extra and the period length you chose, and all of it is published here.
There is a cost to this for us too: we cannot hide limitations until a meeting. If Instagram content is not deleted through the system, we wrote that. If paid campaign management is included only in Pro and Extra, we wrote that too. Better that you know before paying than discover after.
If you want to dig into what social media management really costs and what drives the price, we wrote about it at length at /how-much-social-management-costs.
How the price looks next to a freelancer, an agency and a scheduling tool
We will not quote you market price ranges, because we have no verified figure and we will not invent numbers. What can be compared fairly is the structure of the deal, because that is where the real difference is.
A freelancer and an agency sell person-hours. That means output is affected by availability, vacations and workload, and the price is usually set in a call. Scheduling tools sell infrastructure: they will schedule for you, but what to publish and how it looks stays on you.
Kampi sits in the middle: the price is fixed and public like a tool's, but the output is a plan and content ready for approval, not an empty calendar. A more detailed comparison against an agency is at /vs-agency.
- Our price is the same for every customer and is not set by business size
- No management fee derived from any media budget
- The pages and accounts remain yours even after you leave
| What to compare | Freelancer or agency | Scheduling tool | Kampi |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price public up front | Usually set in a call | Usually yes | Yes, published here in full |
| Who writes and designs | They do | You do | The system, and you approve |
| Dependence on a person's availability | High | None | None |
| Ownership of the pages | Depends on the contract | Yours | Always yours |
| Formats | As agreed | Whatever you prepare yourself | Instagram post, reel, story and Facebook post |
Cancellation, renewal and invoice
There is no automatic card renewal. Payment is for the period you chose, and when it ends it ends. If you want to continue, you purchase a new period. That means there is nothing to cancel and no support line to convince.
A tax invoice receipt is sent to you automatically by email after payment, in your business's name. No need to request it and no need to chase us at the end of the tax year.
The pages, the accounts and the content remain yours. We do not read private messages and do not collect followers. If you stop working with us, what was published stays with you on your pages.
The full terms are detailed at /terms.
The two common mistakes when comparing quotes
Most comparisons between social media management offers fall on the same two points, and you can neutralize both with one question to each side.
The first mistake is comparing a monthly number without checking what stands behind it. With a freelancer or an agency the price varies widely from provider to provider, so ask up front how many posts a month are included, what happens when you need more, and who actually produces the visuals. With us, the columns in the table above are a division of the period price by the number of months, and the payment itself is one-time up front.
The second mistake is mixing management fees with media budget. There are models where the management fee is derived from the advertising budget, so the more you raise the budget the more you also pay for management. With us it is completely separated: Kampi's price, in all three plans, is for the system only and does not move because of any media budget.
Have a question we did not answer, send a message to 054-5082696 or an email to info@kampi.co.il and we will answer honestly, even when the answer is that we are not the right fit for you. You can also see the system working through /demo, read exactly what it does at /social-media-management, and whoever is still weighing whether to get into paid advertising at all will find an orderly background at /facebook-ads-small-business.

Questions and answers
What does social media management with Kampi cost, bottom line
Three plans. Basic: a month 149, three months 399, six months 700, a year 1,250. Pro: double Basic, meaning a month 298, three months 798, six months 1,400, a year 2,500. Extra: a month 447, three months 1,199, six months 2,100, a year 3,750. Everything is paid up front, with no automatic card renewal. There are two differences between Basic and Pro: paid campaign management, and My media storage, 75MB on Basic against 135MB on Pro. Extra adds capacity on top of Pro: up to 3 connected accounts of each channel type and 250MB of My media storage.
Is paid campaign management included in the price
Paid campaign management is included in the Pro and Extra plans only. The Basic plan includes the organic system: a content plan, creatives and scheduled publishing on Facebook and Instagram, and Pro adds paid campaign management on top of all of that. In any case the media budget itself is paid by you directly to Meta from your own account, and we do not take a fee from it, in any plan.
Is there an automatic charge at the end of the period
There is not. There is no automatic card renewal. When the period you purchased ends, the service simply stops and no further charge is made. If you want to continue, you pick a plan and a period and pay for them.
What is the difference between Basic, Pro and Extra
There are two differences between Basic and Pro: paid campaign management, which is included in Pro and Extra, and My media storage, 75MB on Basic against 135MB on Pro. The Basic plan includes the whole organic system, and Pro adds paid campaign management and the larger storage on top of it. Extra includes everything in Pro, and the only differences between it and Pro are capacity: up to 3 connected accounts of each channel type instead of one, and 250MB of My media storage instead of 135MB. Pro's price is exactly double Basic in each of the four periods, and the longer the period the lower the monthly cost in every plan.
Can I start small and see it works before a long commitment
Yes. You can start with the Basic plan for a month at 149, to see the system working on your real business and not on a demo. Payment is one-time up front with no automatic card renewal, so at the end of the month no further charge is made and there is nothing to remember to cancel. If you want to continue, you purchase a longer period, and if you also want paid campaign management you move to Pro or Extra. If something in the system does not work as written here, write to us at info@kampi.co.il and we will fix the issue.
Does the price change by business size or follower count
No. The same price for every customer, public on the site, with no negotiation. The only difference is between Basic, Pro and Extra and the period length. We sell a product and not person-hours, and our cost of operation does not change from business to business.
Does the price also cover other networks like TikTok or LinkedIn
No. Kampi manages publishing on Facebook and Instagram only. That is a product decision and not a plan restriction, and we prefer to say it up front rather than sell you something that does not exist.
Do I get a tax invoice
Yes. A tax invoice receipt is sent to you automatically by email after payment, in your business's name. The business behind Kampi is Ben Yacov Textile Solutions, an AB Sites brand, HaGoren 34 Atlit.
Now that you know the price, see the product
The fairest way to decide is to see the system working on your business and not on a demo. The simplest start is the Basic plan for a month at 149, with no automatic renewal and nothing to remember to cancel, then move to Pro if you also want paid campaign management, or to Extra if you will also need up to 3 accounts of each channel type and 250MB of My media. Want to first see how it looks from the inside, go to /demo. Have a question we did not answer here, send a message to 054-5082696 or an email to info@kampi.co.il and we will answer honestly, even if the answer is that we are not the right fit for you.
