Your business's social media, without an agency and without doing it alone

Most small-business owners are not stuck on whether to be on Facebook and Instagram. They are stuck on who will prepare Tuesday's post. Kampi is a system that builds you a content plan, creates the posts, reels and stories, and publishes them on schedule after you approve. You stay the owner of your pages and your decisions, without a monthly agency retainer.

What it means for a system to manage your social media

Social media management for a small business really breaks down into three jobs: deciding what to talk about this month, turning that into a post that looks good, and remembering to publish it on time. When you do it yourself, the third one is usually the one that falls. You open the app in the evening, there is no idea ready, no photo, and the post slips to next week.

The system takes on all three of those steps. It proposes a content plan months ahead, creates Hebrew text and a visual for each item in its chosen format, and waits for your approval. There are four formats: Instagram post, reel, story and Facebook post. Before approving you can request an alternative for an item, and you can also edit the text and the image. Once you approve, the publishing goes out to Facebook and Instagram on the schedule that was set, without you needing to be at the screen.

What stays with you is the judgment. You know your customers, you know what is in season and what not to talk about right now. That is why there is no automatic publishing without approval, and every item passes through you before it goes live.

  • The system proposes a content plan, and you approve or request an alternative
  • Four formats: Instagram post, reel, story and Facebook post
  • Each item gets Hebrew text and a visual, and a reel also gets video
  • Publishing goes out to Facebook and Instagram on a schedule
  • The pages and accounts remain yours

Three steps: the system prepares, you approve, it gets published

The process is built so the part that needs your time is the shortest one. The system prepares, you review and approve, and the publishing happens on its own.

Creating a creative takes two steps. First you pick the item type out of four: Instagram post, reel, story or Facebook post. Then you pick how to produce it, and there are three ways depending on how much material you have on hand: build it with media from your library, let the system choose on its own from what you uploaded, or request a fresh design. For a reel the system prefers video from your library.

It is worth knowing exactly what you can do before approving. You can request an alternative for an item, and you can edit the text and the image. What there is not is a free-form design editor where you drag elements around the creative, so when the design itself does not speak to you, the right move is to request an alternative rather than trying to fix it.

A Live now screen shows you at any moment what is live in your channels. Stories have a clock there counting the time they have left. A Facebook post can be removed from the channel directly from that screen. Instagram content, whether a post, reel or story, cannot be deleted through Meta's developer interface, so removal is done from the Instagram app itself. A story comes down on its own after 24 hours anyway. That is a limitation better known before you approve, not after.

  • Step 1: the system builds a plan and creates the creatives
  • Step 2: you review, request an alternative or edit text and image, and approve
  • Step 3: publishing goes out on schedule, and you see it on the Live now screen

What goes into the monthly content plan

A content plan is not a list of ideas in a notes app. It is a layout on a calendar: what gets published, when, and on which channel. Instead of starting each week from a blank page, you open a month that is already organized and only need to say yes or ask for something else.

The plan spreads the content across the month so the page stays consistently active, not in bursts of five posts in one day followed by two weeks of silence. Each publishing day in the plan lays out the four formats: Instagram post, reel, story and Facebook post. Both the text and the visual are produced for every item, so there is no in-between stage where you have to run to a designer.

You set which days of the week to publish, the gap between publications and the publishing hour on the frequency screen, on Israel time. You can also exclude holidays and holiday eves, and the system calculates that against the Hebrew holiday calendar.

You are not locked to the plan. If new stock arrived, if there is a promotion that was not planned, or if something in the plan simply does not speak to you, you can request an alternative, edit the text and the image, or simply not approve the item. We go deeper into how the plan is built on the content plan page.

  • A monthly layout on a schedule, not a list of ideas
  • Text and a visual for every item, in all four formats
  • You set publishing days, gap and hour, and can exclude holidays and holiday eves
  • You can request an alternative or edit text and image before approving
  • Facebook and Instagram in the same plan

Posts are written in Hebrew and designed to your brand kit

Text that reads like a translation burns trust in a second. The writing in the system is natural Hebrew, tuned for a small business that talks to real customers, not inflated marketing copy that would fit any business in the world.

On the visual side there is a brand kit: your logo, your colors and the tone you chose. That is what makes the posts look like one series from the same business rather than a collection of images pasted together. The more precise your brand kit, the fewer alternatives you will request later.

The media library is the fuel for all of this. You can upload photos from your computer, and you can scan a QR code and upload straight from your phone, which is especially convenient when the photos are taken on site or in the store. The more real raw material there is in the library, the more the result looks like your business and the less generic it feels.

  • Written in Hebrew, not translated
  • Logo, colors and tone stored in the brand kit
  • Upload media from your computer or by scanning a QR code from your phone
  • Photos and videos in the same library, because a reel needs video

Facebook and Instagram, without five different tools

Kampi manages publishing on Facebook and Instagram only. There is no TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter or YouTube here, and that is a product decision, not a gap. We chose to focus on the two networks most of our customers ask for, to do them well instead of spreading the effort across more channels.

Within those two networks there are four formats: Instagram post, reel, story and Facebook post. All of them are built from the same plan and go out from the same screen.

The practical meaning is that you are not assembling a toolkit. There is no one tool for scheduling, a second for design and a third for reports, with three subscriptions and three places to check what happened. Everything sits in one board.

The organic content, meaning the plan, the creatives and the scheduled publishing, is included in every plan: Basic, Pro and Extra. Paid campaign management is included in the Pro and Extra plans, so whoever wants the system to also run a media budget for them picks Pro or Extra, and whoever needs only the organic publishing does fine with Basic. The media budget itself is always paid directly to Meta, and we do not take a percentage of it. More detail on the Facebook and Instagram management page.

What the system does not do, so you are not surprised

Better that you know the limits now and not in month two. That is also the difference between us and an agency sales deck that promises everything and explains later.

We do not read private messages on your pages and we do not collect your follower list. Customer service in messages stays with you, and that is deliberate. The system handles publishing, not conversations.

On the numbers too, we do not sell more than there is. The Performance room shows what actually went out: how many publishing days each campaign had, how many creatives went out and in which formats, with filtering by Facebook or Instagram. Per-post metrics, reach, clicks, likes and comments, appear in the publishing journal above every creative that went out. And we do not invent reach numbers when there is no data: until real numbers arrive from the channel, the screen says so instead of showing an empty chart. And to leave no doubt: the system does not learn from your corrections and does not improve on its own over time. What steers next month's plan is you.

As for paid advertising: paid campaign management is included in the Pro and Extra plans, while the Basic plan focuses on organic content. If managing paid campaigns is the main thing for you, pick Pro or Extra, and in any case the media budget is paid directly to Meta.

  • Facebook and Instagram only, no other networks
  • Instagram content, whether post, reel or story, is not deleted through the system. A story comes down on its own after 24 hours
  • Per-post metrics in the publishing journal; campaign summaries in the Performance room
  • Paid campaign management is included in the Pro and Extra plans, Basic has all the organic content
  • No free-form design editor for the creative, you can request an alternative or edit text and image
  • We do not read private messages and do not collect followers

Doing it yourself, a freelancer, an ad agency or a system

Each route has its logic, and the question is what fits your size and pace. Doing it yourself is cheap in money and expensive in time and consistency. A freelancer can be excellent, but the dependence on one person's availability is real. An agency gives broad human support, at a cost and commitment that mostly fit larger businesses.

Pricing with a freelancer or an agency varies widely from person to person and firm to firm, and the industry has no public price list to compare against. So instead of chasing numbers, ask up front how many posts a month are included, what happens when you need more, who produces the visuals, and how much of your own time the process really takes.

What you can compare with confidence is the commitment structure and who holds control of the accounts. A more detailed comparison, including when an agency is actually the right call for you, is on the system vs agency page.

How much it costs

The price is fixed and public, with no percentage of the media budget and no add-ons that surface on the invoice. There are three plans. The Basic plan gives you the whole organic system: the content plan, the creatives and the scheduled publishing. The Pro plan is identical to Basic and adds one capability, paid campaign management, and its price is exactly double Basic. The Extra plan includes everything in Pro and adds capacity: up to 3 connected accounts of each channel type instead of one, and 250MB of My media storage instead of 135MB. Basic sells at 149 for a month, 399 for three months, 700 for six months and 1,250 for a year, so the monthly cost drops from 149 to about 104 on the annual. Pro sells at 298 for a month, 798 for three months, 1,400 for six months and 2,500 for a year. Extra sells at 447 for a month, 1,199 for three months, 2,100 for six months and 3,750 for a year.

Every plan is paid up front for the whole period, and there is no automatic card renewal. When the period ends it ends, and if you want to continue you decide that deliberately. A tax invoice receipt is sent automatically by email.

The full prices and the exact differences between the plans are on the pricing page, and a breakdown of what drives the cost of social media management in general is on the how much social media management costs page.

  • No automatic card renewal
  • A tax invoice receipt is sent automatically by email
  • There are two differences between Basic and Pro: paid campaign management, included in Pro and Extra, and My media storage, 75MB on Basic against 135MB on Pro
  • Extra adds capacity on top of Pro: up to 3 connected accounts of each channel type and 250MB of My media storage
  • The price is for the system. If you run paid advertising, the media budget is paid by you directly to Meta and we do not take a percentage of it

Which businesses this fits and which it does not

It fits a small or medium business that has customers on Facebook and Instagram, wants a consistent presence, and does not have a full-time marketing person. Shops, service providers, restaurants, clinics, studios, local businesses that need to stay in front of their audience.

It also fits whoever already tried alone and broke under the load, or worked with a freelancer and the publishing stopped every time they were busy. If your problem is consistency and not a lack of ideas, this is exactly the place. Whoever also wants to manage paid campaigns from the board picks the Pro or Extra plan, and whoever needs only the organic content does fine with Basic.

It is a weaker fit in clear cases. If you need networks beyond Facebook and Instagram, or if you want someone to answer messages for you, this is not the right tool and better to say so up front.

  • Fits: a small or medium business with an audience on Facebook and Instagram
  • Fits: whoever wants consistency without hiring a marketing person
  • Weaker fit: whoever needs additional networks

What happens in the first week

At the start you connect the Facebook page and the Instagram account, and enter the brand kit: logo, colors and tone. In parallel it is worth uploading media to the library, from the computer or by scanning a QR code from your phone, and not only photos. A video or two will let the system build reels as well. This is the only stage that asks you for some raw material, and it directly affects how the publications will look.

From there you set the frequency: which days to publish, every how many days and at what hour, and whether to exclude holidays and holiday eves. Then the system builds the first content plan. You go over it, mark what fits, request an alternative for what does not, edit text or image if needed, and approve. The approved items enter the schedule and start going out.

Later in the week there is already something to see on the Live now screen, including the stories clock. In the Performance room the picture of what actually went out builds up, by campaign and by channel. The system does not change the plan on its own, you look and decide what to double down on next month. You can see it in action through the demo.

  • Connect a Facebook page and an Instagram account
  • Enter the brand kit and upload photos and videos to the library
  • Set the publishing days, gap and hour
  • Approve the first content plan
  • Publications start going out on schedule

Frequently asked questions

Before the questions themselves, the two limits most important to know up front: the system works with Facebook and Instagram only, and content published to Instagram is not deleted through the system. If one of the two is critical for your business, better to know that now and not in month two.

Beyond that, the questions we hear most often before joining touch on approval before publishing, ownership of the pages and what happens at the end of the period. We collected them here. If a question is still open, you can contact us directly or browse the help center.

Questions and answers

Does the system publish without my approval

No. Every content item passes through you. The system prepares the text and the visual, in the format chosen for the item, and you approve, request an alternative or edit the text and image. Only after approval does the item enter the schedule and get published.

Can I edit the creative before it goes out

You can edit the text and the image, and you can request an alternative for the item. What there is not is a free-form design editor where you move elements around and change the layout. When the design itself does not fit, the way is to request an alternative.

Can Instagram content be deleted after it is published

Not through the system. Deleting Instagram content is not available from inside Kampi yet, not a post, not a reel and not a story, so removal is done from the Instagram app. A story comes down on its own after 24 hours anyway, and the Live now screen has a clock showing how much time it has left. A Facebook post, on the other hand, can be removed from the channel directly from the screen.

Which networks are supported besides Facebook and Instagram

None. Kampi manages publishing on Facebook and Instagram only. If you need TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube, this is not the right tool for you.

Does the system also manage paid campaigns

Yes, in the Pro and Extra plans. Paid campaign management is one of the two differences between Basic and Pro, and the second is My media storage, 75MB on Basic against 135MB on Pro. The Extra plan includes everything in Pro and adds capacity. The Basic plan includes all the rest of the system: a content plan, creatives and scheduled organic publishing on Facebook and Instagram. In all plans the media budget itself is paid by you directly to Meta, and we do not take a percentage of it.

Can I see how many likes a specific post got

Yes. In the publishing journal, above every creative that went out, you see reach, clicks, likes and comments pulled from the channel itself. Alongside it, the Performance room summarizes at the campaign level: publishing days, number of creatives and formats, filtered by Facebook or Instagram. And we do not display numbers that did not come from the channel.

Does the system learn from my corrections and improve over time

No, and we prefer to say it plainly. There is no mechanism that analyzes what you approved or changed and adapts itself to it. What actually improves the result is a more precise brand kit and a richer media library, and both are in your control.

What happens to my pages if I stop the subscription

They stay yours. The pages and accounts are in your ownership all the way, and everything that was published continues to be yours. We do not hold your assets hostage.

Is there automatic credit card renewal

There is not. The period you purchased ends at its end, and if you want to continue you choose that deliberately. A tax invoice receipt is sent automatically by email.

I do not have many photos of the business, is that a problem

You can start with little. There are three creation routes: with media from your library, automatic selection from what you uploaded, or a fresh design. Still, the more real raw material there is in the library, the more the result will look like your business. Uploading works from the computer or by scanning a QR code from your phone, and it is worth uploading short videos too, because a reel needs video.

Want to see how this looks on your business

You can start with the Basic plan for a month at 149 and see a real content plan before committing to a longer period, and whoever also wants paid campaign management picks the Pro or Extra plan. Everything is paid up front, with no automatic card renewal. We would be glad to talk by phone at 054-5082696 or by email at info@kampi.co.il.
